  • Are there any shipping charges?

    There are No shipping charges if the order is an online pre-paid order. No shipping charges on cash on delivery orders worth over INR 500. INR 50 shipping charges are added on cash on delivery orders below INR 500.

  • What if I receive a damaged product?

    At Tails Nation we ensure that no damaged or punctured product is dispatched. We take extreme care while packaging the products and add enough stuffing in the box to make sure that it is safe while in transit. Besides, if you ever receive a damaged product, kindly raise a complaint to us with proper images, we would resolve the issue within 1-2 working days.

  • What if I receive a short expiry/expired product?

    Our quality control team performs regular quality checks to ensure that you never receive an expired product.

  • Does Tails Nation accept COD payments?

    Yes, we provide cash on delivery services in over 12000 pin codes across the country. Our website also enables you to check whether or not your pin code is available for cash on delivery orders by simply entering your area code on the product page.

  • How are you maintaining safety during the COVID 19 pandemic?

    At Tails Nation we maintain the highest levels of sanitisation. We have strict precautionary measures in place to ensure safety of not only our employees but also our customers. Our warehouse is sanitised at regular intervals and our employees follow strict precautions to maintain hygiene. Sanitization of hands and temperature checks are compulsory for every employee entering and/or exiting our facility.

    98.47% of our shipments have been on time through the pandemic and in case of any delay due to any unforeseeable circumstances such as transit lockdowns, our team proactively communicates and updates the shipping status to you.

  • How much time do you take to ship my order?

    We take 1-2 business days to ship an order. Orders placed after 5 pm are considered as orders placed on the next day.

  • Which products are eligible for return?

    In case of returns, please note the following:
    • Opened food products can’t be returned
    • Products can’t be returned after 15 days
    • In case of damaged products, an unboxing video of the package is required
    • Products once used, can’t be returned
    • We are not liable to replace or return products damaged by use
